The Mizzou TECHub will take both short- and long-term approaches, in building capacity to scale and accelerate research translation while also training the next generation of graduate students and post-docs.
A Multi-Level Approach
We will implement a multi-level approach to address the gaps, barriers, and challenges we have identified in our TEC pipeline, to increase societal and economic impact of translational research.

Underpinning our success will be culture change initiatives, creating a diverse TEC environment that is embraced by all innovators, supported through Hub mentorship, and incentivized by the university.
